Amen to that Indiansaint. Also, I believe we have some very talented 3pt. shooters that teams will find it difficult to figure which one is going to be hot. When I think about it, a team that can hit consistently from outside will generally have fewer injuries than a slashing team. This is not to say you don't need some people to go to the hoop, but you don't need an entire team of speed and jumping jacks.

I was thinking the same thing regarding injuries - this style of ball has better floor spacing and should lead to fewer injuries.
As far as Sloan goes, his shooting looks to be at an elite level, as is his size to go along with that skill. If he was elite at just one more thing, he is at a high major program.
So far, I'm glad we got him. Having watched these two games, I like his body language more than what I have seen previously. Thanks to JC and staff, I believe.

Absolutely, so glad to have Sloan, esp being a local boy. That may bring in more casual fans as well. Teams will adjust to defend him more, but I trust JC to continue to find a way to get him open or make them pay in other ways.

His ability to pick and pop along with the shotfake/sidestep and "can it" is tough to defend. Especially with his size. Not expecting and uninterrupted stream of awesomeness from him, but he is an offensive asset
