The CAA is something like 24th in the RPI. It is far from "a tough conference" currently. That it took the conference sinking to those depths before Coen could finally win it does not instill confidence. Not just this year. Go back and look at their history. Northeastern was competitive during years in which Old Dominion and VCU were very good. Great, they were competitive in the past. How many times did they win it all? If one looked beyond Fran's .500 record at the time of his hire, one noticed he took every school he coached to the NCAAs. Coen has not.

Coaches who were passed over have had 3 years to strengthen their resumes, while Mitch destroyed his. one small correction. ..., while Mitch did nothing to improve his. lets remember that he already had a shitty head coaching resume and all he did here at Siena is replicate it.
