I think we start with criteria and then look t candidates. I'll ponder it while at gym and post after lunch. Northeast ties in NYS, Metro NY, and NE will be there. I think if Jimmy does sty he needs a. Ew assistant who can tel him the way it is without fear of backlash. Jimmy needs a real experienced consigliere

Andy Toole is a coach that we could still consider. He has fallen off a little but still has a strong resume. Brett Reed Lehigh head coach is another coach that would be a good fit. Also Mitch Henderson from Princeton
We need a young up coming coach whether it be a head coach at a low-major or assistant at a high-major.

Relax it's just a list for discussion, besides that's the kind of thinking that gets you Mitch and Patsos, I don't think Becker should be excluded, you don't know until you ask.

I don't see the admin moving on from jimmy this year. Especially if he has three years left on his contract.
But if we could I wouldn't mind Siena kicking the tires on Andy toole again. I know he isn't having a good year, but he really impressed me a couple of years ago.
Since jimmys contract will be tough to eat I would like to see if they could work a deal for a year or two for Greg manning to stay on at a low end Maac head coaching salary ($200ish) with the thought that if he has success he will get a good extension at real money. He may go for it as a HC job in the Maac when you are in your 20's is a big deal. I would think Greg has more fire in his belly now then jimmy does.

Becker was a candidate the last time. I know Siena probably would not consider it but how about Mike Lonergan? His past behavior and ties to Jimmy probably do him it though.

Two more years of crap basketball and this program is dead, TU will be empty. You need someone to breath life into this dumpster fire.

All the other guys on the list are Northeast natives and recruit the northeast corridor extensively.

I just would rather see manning next year than the snake oil salesman. I hope I'm wrong but i don't see us cutting bait with him until next year or so. Let's hope for the best!
