I'm happy with all the freshmen..no need to rank them. Actually the line up that I think gives us the best chance is Brett at 5( he is too slow to play 4 vs jaspers) Long at 4 ( where he belongs) 3 Poole , White at 2 and Wright at 1.. Bring Hymes in at 2--Oliver at 3 Wolfe at 4 and Silas at 5 I like this line-up the best, although it does get bogged down on offense at times. Hymes has made me less scratch my head at him and more think wow he is coming along. He is a great 2nd outlet on the break and in the hal court he takes it to the basket quicker than anyone. He has learned the drop it down to the bigs when the second level commits to him which is key. He would have even more assists if he played more and the bigs could handle quick passes. I think his minutes go up as he buys into defense and takes care of the ball. The occasional turnover is going to happen to anyone. Agreed Hymes brings more offense than White-- I like White starting for his energy- Hymes will still get his 20-25 min

Long would do well concentrating on the PF position. I don't see an NBA invite at the wing position. This "he can play multiple positions" thing is not beneficial to the team. We will be an outstanding player at the 4. Where is this constant NBA reference coming from? Lavon was starting at the 3 and playing the 3/4 for the Saints....he is a freshman still developing...he will now come off the bench and play the 3/4...playing multiple positions is good for the team..he has also played some 5...he will continue to concentrate on what he is asked to do.

Missed that lavon has played mainly the 4 tonight so far--- Last play of the half he was the 2 how do you know that? IF he and Poole are on the floor at the same time, the only way Lavon is the 2G is if Poole is playing the point.

Lavon folus out again, 0 Assists, 3 turnovers, shoots less than 50%. I love this kid and I wish he was playing better. He needs to relax and have momma start laying off with all this internet banter. It has to get back to him between what she spews here and on Bmore Hoops. Mom lay off your kid and the boards and lets see how he does. Go watch Trophy Kids on HBO.

I didn't see Lavon at 2 either..so not sure what she saw..waiting for play by play to see who was in there, in fact Lavon didn't play much 3 tonight. Jimmy went to a much better balance for Lavon- he is not ready to play more more than spot min at 3

PPC might want to retract her statement that Long was at 2 to end half-- it didn't happen that way...it was however one of few times all night he even played the 3

Lavon played with confidence today...he played better than he had been and did not put his head down coming off the bench..coaches were pleased with his effort ....I have no idea what game you were watching.Lol the team lost .... and once again my posting has nothing to do with Lavon's playing...yes I am the mother of a DI basketball player..maybe I should change my handle

Lavon made a dribble move from the top of the key and got into the lane going right...he got his shot blocked at the rim...that was done from the 2 spot...he also played the 3 while in with Silas and Bisping or JO 2-4 tonight
