Come on......don't be an idiot. Just because some people wanted to support Mitch's hire, and it didn't work out, doesn't make them wrong, and open to snarky comments from others. Some people obviously have a stronger sense of loyalty than others. I didn't like the idea of hiring Mitch in the first place. Just didn't think that he had what you want in a head coach. But once the decision was made to give him the job, I supported it (probably longer than I should have), and hoped it would work out. Turns out I was right that he shouldn't have been hired, but I wasn't wrong for wanting to give him a chance, and hoping that he would be successful. Glad that you had it figured out right from the start. Congratulations. And to answer your question...........yes, Misspractice and I (along with virtually everyone else) agree that it is now okay to fire him. While this is a lovely post and I will certainly take the congratulations about never supporting Mitch, that wasn't why I posted the comment. The consensus seemed to be that Mitch wouldn't be officially fired until after the MAAC tournament. That post was made shortly after the MAAC final ended last night. Something should come down shortly. Of course if Mitch resigns they might have to work on the wording which could delay it some. But it should be official very soon.

yes I dont think Brian directed that at anyone in particular and I do understand it is a sensitive subject. Some supported, some didnt, and plenty were in between. I really dont like the idea of pointing fingers or getting defensive right now. As a fan base we have a LOT to be excited about after today.
Spring is coming... in more ways than one.
