Not that they flat out endorsed him, but they wanted to use his cause and it backfires on them again. These comments are absolutely reprehensible. I bet this issue gets dropped from Fox News, Reprehensible!!!

Who said anything that the liberal media was even close to right, let alone the second coming? Can we not criticize one side without saying 'Well the other sidew is even worse'? This is the example of the blind bias I have a problem with and why I see a deadlock with no end. It's 'my side' so I will find a way to defend it regardless if only by blaming the other side. You forgot - I typically lean to the right in most of my posts here, but I have to call them as I see them from both sides. If you've taken note of what I've said in the past here, my main point has been that the leaders on the right eff up so often by allowing some of their idiots to speak on social issues and grabbing on to whatever the current 'Conservative' topic may be like this was. It's why they most likely will not get the WH back. GIVE ME A BREAK!

He is nothing more than a white Al Sharpton, same goes on on your side of the aisle. As a matter of fact I'd say there are many more black outspoken racists than whites.

A valid criticism of one 'side' and the only response is saying the other side is worse. You guys just keep proving my point. And, not sure who you were directing the 'other side of the aisle' comment, but I am pretty much right in the aisle. If anything most of my views would have me seated on your 'side'.

Right, left, center, they are all ideologies that do not support or promote racism and bigotry. However, people on the left, by far, use the race card and Saul Alinsky tactics more than people on the right or center. Compromising is not always a sign of being reasonable. Sometimes it's a sign of being spineless.

Wow - Maybe it's me, but you guys are missing my point. All I said was (and again I consider myself to the right of center) that the conservatives (media and some of their leaders) threw support behind Bundy because they saw a chance to rally against the federal govt (led by Obama now but this battle goes back 20 years). They held him up as a symbol without doing much due diligence on him or the issue and now they look stupid once again. This guy really had no case, the land is not his and he lost several times in court. And then he gets in front of a camera and says extremely stupid stuff.
As somebody who would like to see change in Wash I wish they could find a leader who could represent and make a good case to the majority of working class Americans on how they want to lead this country. Instead they dug another hole that they have to dig out of just to get back on level ground.

I'm just pointing out the obvious and you criticize me. Liberal tactic. Sharpton, Jackson, Obama and the rap industry are far more divisive than some tortoise fighting rancher.

My point is, as conservatives, we should be expecting more from the leaders on this side. You can keep pointing out the obvious by continually criticizing the other side, but that's just going to keep getting what we've had for 5+ years. What I am trying to say is that we should expect and demand more from the people and organizations that are supposedly carrying the conservative torch to make changes to the liberal agenda. They need to unite first, then get 'better' at coming up with ideas and communicate those ideas more effectively. The liberals are doing that much more effectively, which makes me believe that they will win the WH in '16. (I really don't like using labels like that, but it does seem to express the idea fairly well). Who would you consider the leader from the right to whom we could look to lead and identify and communicate the conservative agenda effectively- John Boehner, Reince Priebus?

The liberals are doing that much more effectively? Right now ..the democrats are screwed come November- due to liberal policies like Obama care ! And liberal news networks are dying for ratings and are canceling programs left and right!

In your mind maybe, but they are making hay out of 8M signed up. Many Dems are now embracing it rather than running from it when website was having problems. And not sure what programs are being cancelled - you may be right.
I like your optimism about November - we'll see.
Who can beat Hillary?

The problem with both sides...which is clearly exposed by people like th on this site as well as people just like him everywhere is that they cant admit any idea from the other side is a good idea. Its simply us against them and they are 1000% wrong in everything that comes out of their mouths while every single idea ive ever had is so right that God himself must be jealous.
I read these threads and I laugh .... and then my disappointment in humans as a whole grows. I have zero expectations of things getting any better...and why? Because people like th exist... and exist in such a large number. Ignorance is funny ... until it rips this country apart from the inside.
People like i82, who I may not always agree with at least SEEM to agree that compromise is necessary... while radicals like th dont realize... they ARE the problem and offer ZERO realistic solutions. Seems the country is going to "right" fight its way to another civil war. Maybe thats a good thing. Purge our society of this shit.
