....won't be televised. The Sec 2 AA HS football final will be at the same time, and TW-3 is choosing to show that instead of the Siena game.
GOOD, now the "fans" will have to get off their asses and actually go to the game.

Good? You're a nut. There is nothing good about that.

For some folks that is not possible. I still don't get how some can be so ignorant on this subject. Less coverage is hurts the team it doesn't help it. You guys are tits on a bull.

If Siena wants more people to go- you schedule the game on a Saturday! So people can come up from the city or elsewhere.

Where did you see this Junkie? Don't really get it this isn't Texas or Florida high school football isn't that big of a deal here (I'm sure someone will take exception to that!). I didn't get season tickets because of some financial concerns but I plan to attend a bunch of games and watch some on TV.
But I can understand both sides get more people to the arena but at the same time a live TV package is great to grow the program. Ironically TW only starting airing most of the home games after the glory days of Ubiles, Franklin, Moore and Hasbrouck. The teams play not TV will determine attendance for the most part.

Seems like the season TV deal isn't done yet. This could be a negotiating move on TWC's part.

Seems like the season TV deal isn't done yet. This could be a negotiating move on TWC's part. Nah, it's just bad timing. The AA Supr Bowl draws very well in this area (heard it might be at UAlbany as early as this year?), and I can understand people not wanting to attend because of the weather conditions. Sitting inside the TUC on a weekend night in November is no hardship. There's NO excuse for 95% of us not going to the game, especially THIS one. ps--stop acting like Siena is a "brand" that is being developed across the state on this cable network. No one out there (Western NY) cares about our team. We're not Syracuse.

th24, this is "doable" from the northern 'burbs of the city on a weeknight(altough cuts it really close). Leave work by 5:00 and in my seat no later than the first time-out (sometimes before tip-off), back home before mid-night. I will be there on Friday, usually when the women play first, the game starts a half hour late anyway. Should be a great "kick-off" to "the Jimmy Era".
