Also, Richard has never been a ballhawk at any level and he doesn't get to the FT line very much. Penn does both. He's always gotten to the line a lot. He has a certain knack for it. It's the primary reason he scores so many points on so few shots. That's why he's currently the most efficient scorer on this team. Penn gets to the FT line because he holds on to the ball to get fouled. He also forces drives and takes bad shots to get fouled. He is allowed to take bad shots and stay in the game. Unlike anyone else on the team Penn shot 73% from the field 50% from the 3 and 6of 7 foul shots, yes he’s taking terrible shots. You honestly believe the stuff you spout?

Is there any other poster out here that thinks Richard is a better PG than Penn? Anyone besides PPC? Because she uses the term,"everybody knows" a lot for not having any other supporters. Why does it matter what anyone but the staff thinks? Let it go. Penn has the spot and Richard will have to find his opportunity somewhere else.

I am talking about when he throws himself into the lane with no chance at making the shot and gets fouled. That shot is not counted if a foul is called. They dont always call a foul but either way he stays in the game

But we were told Friday was out of shape and thats why he did not play in Canads. I called that BS after if was said. It was just an excuse to give Prince all those mins and give Froday nothing. Cat is out the bag now 15 and 15 is more than a solid game. I don't usually get involved in these but outside of that one game, what has Friday showed that makes anyone think he is better than the other options? I haven't see anything in the games (outside of Louisville) that makes me think he is better than Oduro or Fisher. Friday got 15 and 15 vs Louisville. Oduro struggled. Before that Friday has not played enough to do anything. 0 mins in Canada

Sorry PPC, I disagree - to some extent. Richard and Smithen are decent players for sure but Penn is the better PG. Richard is simply out of control at the point. He can put points on the board though. I would spell Penn with Kadeem. He's more under control and adds a different dimension. He doesn't seem to score at all though but his D is a plus. Well then you are right in line with the staff. There should be no surprise when more leave. Hopefully for the team you and the staff are correct. Richard, Smithen, and Friday should not have come to Siena

Others cant do that because if the foul is not called it just looks like a bad shot and they will get subbed out

He is a better player off the ball. Penn sees the court better, creates better, has a decent shot and rebounds better than Richards. When Richards was playing the point last night there was a lot of dribble, dribble, dribble, no ball movement. Not saying Richards shouldn't have come to Siena, he just got beat out for the PG position by a better player.
