Did you know that if JO, Smithen, and Fisher weren't shooting 3's and Clareth had only attempted say 50 (2.78 attempts per game)...that Siena would be a 36% 3 point shooting team right now?
Something simple like having Richard play Oliver's role and take Fisher's 3 point attempts...makes a huge difference.
So if you had played Friday for Fisher and had Richard take his and JO's three pt attempts...it could greatly change the output off the offense.
These are things that most everyone can see as what Patsos should be doing. Things that play to the strengths of the team and its players on paper.
Yet they are ignored.

I predicted Siena to be a 22-9 team and they probably are going to finish the regular season Sunday at 15-16. That's where a top coach is the difference - easily could make you 7 or 8 games better. Not only in bench coaching but roster management. You have 5 really good players (none all-time greats very still very good) but they were not surrounded by enough talent. There are no juniors on the team because the coach basically mailed that class in. One impact sophomore... and only role players from the frosh. Oliver and Wormley were never replaced. LaRose would have had a role of this team too. Patsos is as bad as Mitch is with his roster.

Siena 86-82 over Monmouth. We'll get an opportunity to play them again Monday night 3/6. Bummer, had a feeling it'd be a 4 PT game just saw it with us winning by 4.
