bison go down to Butler today - so Paulsen is now free to talk. I have no idea if Paulsen has any interest in Siena( in fact its probably a long shot) but now is the time to find out

I know Paulsen has been terrifically successful in the Patriot League, but my question about his half court style of play is, does he play that way because it is his philosophy of basketball, in the same manner that Mitch loved the zone? Or - does he play that way because it fits the players he now has?

D'Argenio should go for a Cat Scan and yes I hope he isn't just futzing around waiting for Pastos to loose!

I think Paulsen can hold out for at least an A-10 job. Siena is too much of a lateral move for him at this point. Of course if Siena ends up in the A-10 a few weeks from now, then such a potential move is not so lateral anymore.

Played same way at Williams winning D-III title, beat D-I Holy Cross while at Williams and was in the Elite 8 or Final Four constantly. Style of play should not matter as much as it does to some people around here.

Bucknell avg 67 points... I think people dont want to see Mitch or Lanier ball that struggles to score 60 points, I'd rather see 70 or more but 67 is fine...I think Patsos is around there also

What A10 job is opening? I know jobs can still open but right now it doesn't appear many options are there for Paulsen. He's graduating most of this top players might be time to consider a jump and Siena even in the MAAC is a step up from Bucknell. Maybe his wife wants to come home. Patsos plays Sunday and Toole on Monday hopefully both lose. Then all four top candidates will be able to talk and this search should heat up.

I think the fans will be happy with a W no matter how it goes...yes it's exciting to watch fast pace game...but if you are a good coach and recruit to your style you can win no matter what....who cares who fast a coach plays? 70 or 80 pts a game or 50 60 pts a game, if you can win with either style that is what matters....whether you all think it or not that style can win! Many coaches have proven it...

Would still rather see a high pressure trapping D and a running offense like a VCU and L'ville plays. I think Pitino Jr would bring that style of play.
