A dollar over anything Iona was willing to pay! lol AA and Tobin were so tight, he stayed at FDU when Tobin left. For the record, Tobin and AA have been in steady contact throughout this whole process. See, Tobin's not a dick. |

The irony of this is that the ONLY reason Almonor was going to go to Siena over Iona was because Siena was willing to overpay NIL for him. What’s ironic? Highest bidder gets his services, Siena got outbid just like Iona did. Next! Right, but you seem like you're taking a shot at him for going for the bigger bag. |

O. M. G. Horror of horrors. Gmac was only 8 for 9 on his first set of recruit visits. Almonor would have been a great get, but it would be very surprising if GMac and his staff didn't have any more bullets left in their guns.

Almonor was certainly our biggest (get) and loss, hopefully they have an comparable player waiting in the wings. Also need an outside sniper to win the MAAC, jmo. GO SAINTS!!

Green Bay has a new coach (Fox talk show host Doug Gottlieb), so they just lost a freshman big man, Amari Jedkins. Played 16 min a game and score 4ppg. 6'7" 200, and real athletic. Another longshot, but def the kind of kid we need to replace the AA hole we were all counting on.
Worth a call, especially with all the NIL money we should have laying around.

A redshirt freshman who played ten games this past season. He had a stress reaction (not a fracture) to his foot and last played in mid December and didn't return for the rest of the season. They say he has 4 years remaining, but I can't confirm that. Doesn't shoot the three, but is described and high motor and very active/athletic. |

David Douglas Jr is the best player from Green Bay that has portal’d since the coaching change. The best to portal after the recent coaching change. He was the second leading scorer at 8.5 but the guy ahead of him scored 20 a game. I think they only hired a coach like yesterday so he may still stay at GB. But he looks like a decent player. I wouldn't say he is a game changer. |
