No surprise, but disappointed. I was hoping to see Michael continue to develop and see how good he good turn out to be when completely healthy. Given the mess that Carm created this year, I can't blame Michael or anyone else that leaves. Sad day and sad season for the Saints. More to come for sure.

I can name 3 you wont see in the portal Courtney, Winters and Coyle. Two walks on won’t matter. They can stay they just should never see the court again. Coyle actually could stay as a 13th man has size and can shoot.

Coyle actually could stay as a 13th man has size and can shoot. I actually thought Coyle showed more potential late in the season, including rebounding and defense.

All that nil money put to good use College basketball is full of mercenaries now, 1 year rentals to the highest bidder. Let’s see how deep the nil pockets are.

Coyle has ability, plays hard on D and can shoot. Should have seen more time earlier in season for development. GO SAINTS!!

Unfortunately, this is yet another bad sign. Remember last year when Eley was so positive about staying at Siena? Is it Carm or is it just the way of college basketball now? He certainly didn't have a great season, battling injury almost all year, but now he enters the portal.

We'll be luck to get a guy as good as Eley. He's what Carm desperately needs...a guy who can create his own shot. The offense certainly doesn't provide any easy looks. If Carm stays (as it is looking now) we'll get roster churn but I highly suspect the overall caliber won't be markedly different. I hope SD and Gio stay. I suppose at this point it doesn't matter. Next year is a write-off IMO. Kudos to those who have the persistence to see this through to better times.

Bye Michael. Sorry Siena failed you, they have failed a lot of us. Doesn't appear its getting any better so many of us are stepping away as well.

If Carm was half the coach claims to be - or tells everyone he is-he would have done everything in his power to keep Ely. Instead he seemed even more aloof and cold about Ely. Actually there is a distinct lack of warm and fuzzies toward any player except one or two...
