We need rider to beat Iona to keep hope for the 1 seed alive while playing the canisius game. Still a share of the title is very much up for grabs.

We certainly have a shot at winning the regular season but it's going to be tough. The hardest part may not necessarily be having to win the two games out west but rather will Quinnipiac lose either of their last 2? Their remaining schedule is at St. Peter's and at home vs Manhattan

Here is what KK's dad predicts If that happens siena is the 5 seed and Iona the one seed which could set up a meeting in the semis.

The hardest part may not necessarily be having to win the two games out west but rather will Quinnipiac lose either of their last 2? Their remaining schedule is at St. Peter's and at home vs Manhattan The #1 will be hard...QU is hot right now. Had we beaten them it would be ours to lose. But we've got a real good shot at the #2 if we win both in Buffalo. Rider beats Iona and we go 2-0 we're #2 seed even if QU doesn't lose. While we wouldn't have the NIT auto bid if needed finishing 2nd would be good...we'd play Friday vs 7-10 winner and with a win day off Saturday and play again on Sunday. Winning three in four days much more manageable then three in three days. Actually there is one correction- to get the #1 Siena needs to go 2-0, Rider beat Iona and QU to lose a game. Siena will be the #2 if they go 2-0 and Rider beats Iona if QU wins both. Siena doesn't need Rider to beat Marist - just Iona.

I would like 1st place which comes with the NIT insurance policy if we don’t win three str8.
The Maac is weak and we have very mature seniors. This is what they call a fortuitous perfect storm.

And it’s certainly not a gimme that quinny wins both games, spc is .500 at home and then short rest for senior day. Iona is the hottest team so that will be tough and of course we have the tough game. Probably about a 10% chance.

Monmouth let me down not beating Quinny The Iona home game still irks me. Not to mention Monmouth home as well. Close then out and Siena is -2 in 1st Place

Monmouth let me down not beating Quinny Yeah, I wanted that too but I’m not surprised that Monmouth couldn’t pull it off. I think Quinny’s better. I was more surprised that Canisius couldn’t beat Iona at Iona. I thought that was a better beat than Monmouth upsetting Quinny. Now my hopes are in Rider beating Iona and of course Siena winning their next two regular season games. I like our chances. If by chance Manhattan or SPU upsets Quinny - even better.

Of course they had four chances to beat us at their place. But if we hold onto that lead we're in the driver's seat for the top seed. The QU loss was tough but you can just tip your cap to a great player and we dug too big of a hole. But the Iona game we let slip by us up 13 with 8 to play. The MAAC better get us this year or they could be staring down a four-peat...yeah I went there.

Keep in mind that only 17 of our points today we're scored by players coming back next year...I know the guys in suits could be great, but it's not like we're losing no one.
