Sure just keep in mind Siena has already extended him twice and even raised ticket prices after one season due to “stellar performance”. (I called and asked). Plus we’re coming off the dream 20 win maac championship game season (lol). Happens all the time but it hasn’t happened yet at Siena.

Did they the admin think he was going to bolt, not very likely. Comes down to being lazy, mediocre management, being to comfortable in your position as AD and admin folks. They are not doing the institution any favors globally by their lassie\ faire attitude. Say it again no change you fall behind your competition, this is true athletically and academically

Tp expand why in the FM years did Siena have an abundant number of applications, many willing to pay full tuition, many at high academic level now school is supposedly down on qualified applicants. Not on you run a business, unless of course your NYS, lol.

Yes a successful program can bring in more people, but in general most schools like Siena are struggling. Esp in NYS. Al do Siena overall doesn't want the tail wagging the dog..

No one wants that, but with the size of the school, its endowment, a steady revenue supply is important, not to mention the marketing aspect. No the school had a good thing going, and through basic inept management it blew up on them. Again the if you don't have steady change to bring in new ideas you get complacent management staff. Your very right regarding NYS schools we only need to look a few miles away at St Rose. By the way when I typed NYS I meant the state. And as far as change a local example, GE under Welch and than Imelt. Bloated staff vs. lean and mean.

I need to point out here—listed attendance is down but not down drastically, Saints alive had a banner year last year raising money. Warning signs are certainly there as far as attendance goes, but let’s not overstate it yet..with key word being yet

Nice try. Swing and a miss.
