Maac still wide open. All the games last night could have gone either way. 0-1 in maac. It's like making a bogey on the first hole, it's not the end of the round.

Not as wide open as People that dont really understand basketball like Päpiˌkäk might think. RPI and Ken Pom are fairly accurate this time of the year . Siena RPI is currently 263 RPI and ken Pom is 271. Siena is currently predicted 9th - given Siena's lack of talent it seems fair- although I dont know at risk of sounding like a kool aid drinker- I still hold out hope for a top 6 or 7 finish . I mean they play games for a reason. But at this point of season you are what your record ( and Ranking) says you are

I will wager Siena finishes higher than 9th. Any takers? This proves my point. It’s not about Siena basketball. Just another degenerate looking for action.

I will wager Siena finishes higher than 9th. Any takers? How high do you have them finishing päpiˌkäk ? top 4? Top 6? or you got them 7th or 8th?

But then again I'm at top ( or near top) of Siena prediction game while päpiˌkäk 1 and 2 languishes at or near bottom of standings- not surprising given your general lack of basketball knowledge- I know MTS took you for season tickets a few years ago- hope you dont bet on basketball much. How many MAAC games do you think JP can pull off this year?

The idiocy shown by our HC never ceases to amaze me - he mentioned he might have watched too much NBA over Christmas as a prelude to his "get the ball inside" offense (I use that term in the loosest possible context) - really - Dear Coach, Had you ever considered watching a tape or two of your upcoming opponents? While he may not realize it, our current team as constituted and coached does not in anyway shape or form resemble an NBA team. I see that Nico has been raised to Premium Player - I missed the ceremony, did any of you fluffers get an invite.

Yeah i watched his post game presser heard the get the ball inside also.He still watching NBA games they don't throw the ball inside. They play small ball so he might not be watching that NBA😀Also he talked about the play Penn went to the basket on.He said it called for him to shoot with his right hand but he tried shooting with his left.I think he referenced as he's right handed but tried to shoot with the left. But that's what young guys do something like that his words.Uhh another throw kid under bus moment kind of.Watch the TAPE JP he went up with his right and actually got hit on his arm the right one.Watch the TAPE JP your post player doesn't fight for post position or holds it.So hard to throw down there. But watch the TAPE JP SAMMY FRIDAY does a good job of posting up.DOES A GREAT JOB WHEN GIVING THE CHANCE.So if you want the ball thrown inside FRIDAY ON MONDAY MIGHT HELP.

.500 career winning percentage. That is all you guys need to remember. When you do that everything else, including expectations fall into place. That is what Siena hired and that is what they have gotten and what they seem to be OK with. To expect anything more is to only set yourself up for frustration and disappointed. Until the College and Athletic dept. tell us otherwise, the past five years is the new normal for the Siena Saints. We can bitch and moan all we want, but in the end, we have a .500 career coach who has shown us if nothing else, he is what his record says he is. Go Saints!

Unfortunately I tend to agree with this - although I do tend to think they were hoping JP upped his game at Siena similar to what Fran did when he came to Siena ( remember Fran was 500 coach also)

The difference was Fran had taken two different teams to the ncaas within several years of hire. That’s the winning formula.

Agreed - but I know I was hopefull that JP would recruit like a SOB at Siena-- I never knew he took mid march till late august off. Nor did I really know how bad a recruiter he was at Loyola- it was transfers that kept his head above water. But anyway Siena and Siena fans have to live with this 500 coach now or just drop being a fan until so-so Jimbo is gone.
