I hear what your saying about showing people the door but if it was true about some of the seniors it was kind of too late for that.Sometimes with kids and adults there own interest gets in the way of the whole and you have situations like last year.Believe me big small mid major programs have those problems believe me I've heard plenty of stories like this if there was a problem. No quote here but heard some of the coaches yeah they loved there seniors but at the same time was ready for some new kids that wanted to listen and learn. But with that said known all you coach haters can start on your this is why he should be fired rhetoric.😥👄If Fran was here and so and so was here this wouldn't happen.Support the kids dislike the coach but stop with the if's.If shi#!! was money we'd all be rich Phew, that was almost coherent.

Roman and Jordan are both ready to play,” Patsos said of the two players who are fighting for the starting point guard position"
This will be interesting. I doubt we will see much time at the 2 for either one with Nico and Shivers available to play there with size so the question is will one of these guys be a 40 min player like Wright was and the other just get spot mins?

Horn will get 10 minutes at the 2 and 10 minutes at the 1, Penn will get 25-30 minutes at the point. Shivers won't play the 2 much if at all, he's a 3 and 4. Nico splitting between the 2 and the 3.

The starting pg has not been annouced yet. Whoever starts there will play at least 35 mins per game there. The mins at the 2 will mostly be Nico with Shivers at the 3. Those 2 are locks at those positions. Then you have a few others that will only get mins at the 2. Zo I dont see either of the freshman pgs getting any mins at the 2. You cant really play them together with what the Saints have

One will start and the other will not play much. The comp to play the 2 do not include those 2 for the most part. Nico is best at the 2 and Shivers at the 3. There are a few big guys that will fight for time at the 4. Shivers wont play there much

DEAR RICKYP:
AT this level there should ONLY be those that listen and learn to play as a cohesive unit. It's up to the staff to build that, period. Any staff. Anywhere. Staff is management, with the HC being the CEO. It's not rocket science. And don't put words in my mouth, I didn't make a Drag comparison I am talking about KEY PERFOMANCE INDICATORS. This guys record is his own and he is repeatedly has been his own worst enemy through the years. The glaring problem since his heralded arrival here has been fitting square pegs into round holes without pieces that mesh together into well oiled offenses and defenses. Anyone who has ever coached 8th grade girls can see it. This is the season it has to stop. If this is his fresh clean slate and there is still not a clear vision until Spring 2018 the program clearly will be in trouble.

I hear and understand what your saying and you just don't like the coach understood and PPC doesn't like the freshman guards named Horn or Penn no matter what position they play pg 2g only for the Baltimore kids✋

Rickster throw the ball over the defense when they cheat after a made basket - remember a guy leading a parade that has got nobody following him is just another guy taken a walk.
between games of 3 on 3, s silver from Albany writes in that everybody makes mistakes, but took exception to the business plan as did middle school girls coaches who know a little bit more about square holes and pegs than some would think.
down the hall from the coaches' office is the AD who on occasion goes on retreats with the president who runs the board and those guys really answers to a higher power and really like to ride home with the cup

It doesn't have to do with liking the coach; it has to do with thinking that for Siena to be in the business of basketball (rather than education) they need to carefully chart their course through some pretty rough waters as I see it over the next 5 years. BASED ON the way this head coach assembled his teams at Loyola (with graduates and transfers- which can't happen here due to lack of programs and tighter admissions) and his coaching record overall (mediocre at best) and watching him within the MAAC for years, cutting away all the hype, bull$hit and name dropping, this decision was loaded with risk for the biggest little basketball program in the area. There are many alumni, professors and supporters of this school that find that disconcerting.

Your right i don't understand that you and others would like new leadership from the program that being said.I hope you get what you and the others want a losing team this year and new leadership.I'll make sure i tell the kids on the team to go out and play like #!!# so you and the others can get that wish or how about you go over to the gym and wish them a terrible season yourself. Then we can move on too a new era.I support Siena men's basketball players coaches and whoever else is involved with the program.I actually don't understand your right
