If you have depth you do not have a significant drop off with injuries. That is the purpose of being deep.

We had depth before the injuries. We found out the drop off was greater than once believed though. The injury bug was brutal...worse because we were not prepared for it. Lol

It may be semantics. I always considered depth as "deep in talent" so my point was we did not have depth.
