People are writing them both off this year and I think that’s a big mistake. Mo, brings a lot of energy to team , has grown an inch up to 6’4” - and that was real growth not a phantom inch. He had good shooting form, just a lousy release that led to a knuckle ball shot, if the staff and Mo can get the ironed out, I expect a real good year out of White. As for Evan—he is a senior, has a year in Jimmy’s system and think he now knows he isn’t going to be the BMOC for Siena, Evan can shoot the ball and is lighting fast, I expect we are going to get 10-11 real good minutes a game out of Evan mainly in the backup Point guard role

Mo most certainly will see improvement.
You get what you get with Evan. Expecting more is like looking up a hog's ass for a ham sandwich. Some nights he will play well other nights (more than less) you'll remember this post

Evan will be a big plus for us this year--and you'll remember this post

Tony's version of spin does not use culinary comparisons!

I know Jimmy has said Evan's not a PG, but if he does use Evan as Wright's backup; we could really push the pace offensively for more fast break opportunities. Obviously if that fast break basket isn't there start the Half court O.
If Wright is allowed to push the pace a little more this yr & then we sub with an even quicker PG the other team really can't catch a break (speed if game wise). This could be the yr that we wear teams out the first 35 mins and battle them with our physicality the last 5.
Can't wait for the season to start!!!

I still view Maurice based on our first game last season as a Scoop Jordan replica--energy, hustle, and results. Mistakes, yes, but if he's like Scoop the mistakes will decrease as he matures. I hope he hangs in there with the Saints.

Mo can't go anywhere, we need his energy!!! I'd like to see him really come into his own this year and get more playing time. He's got the tools just needs to put it all together.

I love Mo and if I were him I would be taking 500 mid range jumpers a day. Build that skill and PY increase

Saints don't win the CBI without Maurice.
I love his energy on the court, and his tenacity around the rim which gets him to the line frequently. I think he will be able to earn a good amount of minutes next season.
