Wow. Can't believe they pulled this out on such an off night. Hymes and Wright saved our bacon.

Nice win Niagara played hard and did a great job of taking Poole away.. Evan takes a lot of crap on this board but he came up big in second half and scored some points when we desperately needed them. wasn't a thing of beauty but I'll take the win

To be honest, even Fran's championship teams would frequently play flat against supposedly inferior teams. I think it's tough to get energized to play at home against a team that you throttled on their court.
Glad they were able to summon just enough sack to get this win.

Wow...frustrating game most of the way but a GREAT effort to pull out the win. Wright didn't have a great game but made a HUGE play off a great pass from Long. Evan's three was HUGE to put us up and he got us going in the second half. Poole did a nice job of not forcing it...Niagara was all over him. Nice shot by Rich Audu too - gave us a nice boost when nothing was going right on offense for us.
Good teams find a way to win these games...especially on their home court. Three game winning streak is nice but if we're going to make it four against a tough Quinipiac team we have to play better for 40 minutes. We need Imoh, Brett and JO to play well against Quinny's very good front line.
Still how can you complain ...the team is 6-5 in the MAAC and has double digits in wins and we're still in January.
On to Quinnipiac... go Saints!!!

Yeah, didn't think that one through. Better statement. This is the first time you expect home victories since 2010.
