Fordham comes to the TUC tonight at 7 pm. Televised on Time Warner Sports Channel for those who are not near the friendly confinements of the TUC.
Should be an entertaining way to end 2013. Get your popcorn ready...
Happy New Year Y'all!

Really looking forward to this one...the time off and added preparation should bring the best out of our Saints good post. As bad as the schedule was prior ... this break is excellent timing and ending with a non conference foe is great to work out a few more kinks heading in to full blown conference play on January 2nd @monmouth

if Siena wins today, Fordham will be the only A10 sub .500 entering full conference play. (Assuming George Mason and Lasalle handle Penn)

But point taken on the A10 though it is a very strong league. And I'm hoping that's where we will be very soon. Big game tonight another big win at home would be nice...continue to improve and prep for conference play.

Looking forward to this game tonight-- A good challenge for our Saints-- Fordham will have two best players on floor ( in Severe and Frazier) Siena is the deeper team and playing on home court... Should be a high scoring fun game to watch!!

Should be a high scoring fun game to watch!! Severe and Frazier give me cause for concern. If they go off, Siena does not have the firepower to get into a perimeter shootout with them. They have got to make those guys work for everything they get with constant pressure and hopefully wear them down. And we can't put them on the free throw line all night either - Frazier especially is automatic. I would love it if Taplin signs with Siena and goes on to become Siena's Severe next season. The missing link is that one instantly transformative player that turns around a program. This program hasn't had one since Kenny Hasbrouck,

Extremely impressive second half, including a 22-0 run! Wow. Great contributions by several players. Rob carried the team for a long stretch of this game.

GREAT comeback win...wow Poole played like a MAAC POY tonight. He was the offense early on. The kids really battled getting down 13 to go on that HUGE run. A really fun second half to watch. Hymes also had a solid game..made some big plays down the stretch.
Jimmy completely out coached Pecora. Going to the zone was a major factor. We just wore down Fordham down with our depth.
Wright is going to be a special player running the point for the Saints over the next 4 years.
4-7 in non-conference play against a top 75 OOC schedule I think we would have all taken that in October.
On to Monmouth...now the "real" season starts - MAAC play!

I was at a function and didn't get to see the first half. Can someone explain why white didn't play much, did JP put him in the dog house because of mistakes?
Poole played great! Hymes ditto! Wright- thank god we got a real point guard- that kid is very impressive. Long was solid as always! Wow this team is playing together well- I love the great passing and high percentage shots.
