The longer the program is down the harder it will be to build it back up. Carm must go ASAP so the rebuild can begin.

Agreed SR but the real issue is attendance. What do we have for season tix holders (5K?) I can guarantee you we are on the precipice of losing them. Those are long time ticket holders (IMO). You've lost your base. Kids nowadays don't commit. Season ticket holders are gold. The school treats them like cow's milk. I bet we lose 2500 season ticket folks. I know I and my seat neighbors are not renewing; Both of us have been through it all...they aren't losing casual fans - they are losing the die hards. We're metaphorically dead. 2500 x $250 per is $625K. Add to that the almost certain penalties for being under the ST requirement and you're at your $800K. They're losing it now or later. Salvage what you can Siena.

Can Frank confirm? Has to be the end for Carm. Does anyone know who’s behind this twitter feed? I’d take with a grain of salt. Frank said the tweet is not true. That said the NIL people are not happy and want changes.

That twitter feed is garbage it’s come out twice now with the same exact wording.
What is probably more accurate is that the NIL group is starting to have trouble raising sponsorship. If Carm continues faltering I doubt by the time 24/25 comes around they’ll have two nickels to rub together. No one likes to throw good money after bad!
IMO this is one of the ways you force Siena’s hand; no NIL SPONSORSHIP & NO BOOSTER $$$$. Add in dropping renewals for season tickets & now you have their attention.

It annoys me that boosters have to step in. WTF!?! The admins seem irritated that they have to do their jobs. D'Arg should go along with Carm. Look anyone can have a bad few games but we've won 3 - by a total of 8 points. We're into February and losing by 40+ to conference opponents. I'm sorry but if Carm was objective he'd have to agree that he's blown it. The whole Owens-gate thing is another one I don't get. OK, the kid was supposed to be good. Honor the commitment but take him off the roster. If he's not playing by year 2, he isn't going to be. I'm not sure if Carm knew about the kids injuries or not but maybe Owens deserves a little heat too if he wasn't forthright during his recruitment.
I haven't sent a note yet. I want to see how things progress. At this point I figure we're good for another win or 2. At the end of the day, I understand nobody wants to be fired for performance. That said, Carm has to acknowledge he totally screwed up. He also has to acknowledge that the "success" he did have was with other guys recruits. If they decide to keep Carm, they totally need to offer DEEP discounts on season tickets. I'm not paying full price for this level of product.

Maybe for the corners, but the people you dont want to lose are paying a lot more than that for those courtside seats and tables at the baseline by our bench. Plus a lot of those are sponsors.

Not a big "scoop" that Carm didnt get fired today after a very competitive loss, but anyone that doesnt think he's in deep doo doo is lying to themselves.

I'm in 122 and that's my cost. There are tix for more and for less. I'd say on average it is around $250 per. You are correct though that the big dollar tickets are the most coveted. The point is...if all you're looking at is the buy-out cost it is short sighted. We're eating that with or without a new coach.

I have spoken in person and emailed back with Darg. Won’t admit anything. Just says they appreciate our support and they are doing everything they can to get this right within the changing landscape of the NIL era. I pushed back and said every other team in the country is going through the same scenario and they have not fallen as fast as Siena has. I got nothing but fluff. If we want change, we have to go to the President. John is not retiring anytime soon. We have to put pressure on the President to make a change. It’s the only way it’s happening.

Sadly I was there, if if there were 2000 in the seats it was a lot!!!!! MVP vendors, outside vendors, parking, etc. must be getting killed. Also noticed that the MVP vendors have cut way back on their help. Very sad state of affairs.

maybe someone could post the contact info for D'Arg and for the president and the board...make it easy to send in our notes of concern.
"Many" is the key to moving the metric and to D'Arg alone it's just a black void.

Legacy - you're paying more since your tickets are in the center. I'm off to the side...I'm in seats 1 & 2 right on the aisle. If you follow the aisle down to the court it is essentially at the baseline.
