Penn St with a HUGE OT win @ Northwestern tonight. Jalen only shot 8 times in 43 minutes. They were running double teams at him all night. He had 11 assists and only 1 TO. 6 reb and 7 pts.
I think our boy is going dancing with this Quad 1 (4th one this year) win. Would love to see him and the Nittany Lions end up in Albany.

Would love to see him and the Nittany Lions end up in Albany. that would be awesome to get Pickett back here, just hoping that Penn St makes it for his sake...and guessing if they just fall short they are a lock for the NIT anyway, so at the very least he will get to taste post season...........but obviously some other potential local ties could be headed to Albany like Iowa (Fran), Jackson (UConn), perhaps the MAAC rep (although once Siena wins it, then they will be sent elsewhere, I wrote this for IS, wink)........going to be incredible locally no matter what is scheduled here, we less than 2 weeks away from Selection Sunday.............. |

I got a team to root for in the tourney 🙏 not Jalen making the game winner, put Penn St wins it, he was terrific in this game as well though............props to Carey, prior to PSU winning at the buzzer, his team was down 1 and he had a terrific assist to a teammate for a bucket to put them ahead for the brief lead...........this win for Pickett may just have put PSU in the dance, I hope so, but just to be sure hope they win another game or 2 in the Big10 tourney to seal it.......Carey's Maryland is a lock to be in.......... |

Kudos to Jalen for apparently getting a chance to play in the big tourney, It' been fun watching him excel at the highest level this year. It was a good move for him.
