Siena is definitely one of the closest division 1 schools to Syracuse. Outside of the teams that Syracuse plays every year (Cornell, Colgate, etc.), Siena is within a similar range of the closest schools (Niagara/Canisus).

Why should we play them in the dome? Let them come to Albany!

Our byes are Friday, January 1 and Tuesday, January 26. I would guess that the first date is more likely for a non-conference game than the second one.

Slick Rick's first trip to Albany not on a Friday? That would be a prime ESPNU or ESPN2 game.

Why should we play them in the dome? Let them come to Albany! What is the incentive for Syracuse to travel to Albany?

Why should we play them in the dome? Let them come to Albany! What is the incentive for Syracuse to travel to Albany? They should just meet halfway and play in the Canajoharie high school gym.

I like how easy is it to remember the schedule this year- either a Tuesday or Friday. I like starting my weekend with a MAAC game!

What is the incentive for Syracuse to travel to Albany? And what is the incentive for Siena to travel to Syracuse? To play more basketball.

I think it makes sense to add- Albany, UMass, Syracuse, St Bonaventure, Providence and Boston College.

Playing the same nights as HS basketball is not good. But neither has 2020.
So for the Western trip we have to be in Buffalo on a Monday night, and wont leave until late Friday night/Sat morning?? Makes no sense.
