Besides finances, does anyone have any? Not creating this to provoke personal attacks on those who support him but the reasons to keep him are hard to find so here's where an argument can be made for Patsos supporters

I think some of us are actually curious. Most supporters attack arguments to fire him but do not present arguments to keep him. If you want to keep him it would be interesting to hear why.

Good luck with this one - I've been asking the same question for months - crickets in the fluff....

His relationship with Gary Williams. Relationships with executives at Under Armor. His "success" at loyola.
Oh wait, that's why he was hired.

You can upgrade your season tickets from those abandoned by prior holders?

I think the case to be made is that Patsos has done what the administration brought him here to do. Sure, this season is the bottom-out but he got a bye in 3 out of 4 years, went to two postseasons, and was one bounce away from dancing last season. Patsos teams are as I call them “cyclical mid-majors”- he doesn’t recruit well enough to be good every year but when he has a decent core (this freshman class for instance) he can turn them into a contender by their junior and senior year. If the admin wasn’t looking for the next Fran or a Tim Cluess (risk with shooting for the stars is whiffing altogether) but rather someone to compete in the MAAC most years and bring Siena a bit of publicity, JP has done his job for the most part.
I’m not saying that’s what it should be or what we should expect, but it’s entirely possible that’s the case. JP hasn’t had a failing grade here, more like a solid C. He’s the single to left field of coaches, nothing amazing certainly and need a lot of help around him to score. But not useless by any means.

Still looking for someone like papi to respond with real reasons. If supporters can't give real reasons to keep him don't see any reason to attack those who want him fired or try to find candidates
