Candidly I agree with both Tony and MP, both have legit points. Was at the game Oliver should not have been up front and MW low, was it the players? Time was the enemy at the enemy for FF at the time, needed quickness to, pressure the ball, they were in no hurry. More than enough blame to go around though IMO I think players need the majority especially at this this stage of the season. One thing no one brought up is how Siena plays in front of small crowds. Thinking it through they play their worse ball in front of and in the smaller gyms. Perhaps just the mindset of team, just guessing. Good luck to them today, run run, and pass. See you all at the game.

The KABOOM was meant to signify the start of another debate.

The fact of the matter is we are sub 500 vs the top five in the conference, 4 - 6 vs the better teams in the conference isn't going to get it done.

It's a legitimate point but some people just want to paint the picture that it's never the coaches fault, only the players. So sorry my expectations grow after a few wins, it's not like we have ever been to the ncaas or won a game there. Meanwhile keep blaming Ryan Oliver or Imphal Silas who supposedly wasn't any good in practice.

Kaboom? Really? So Jimmy must be a genius after we win at Iona without Quis? Or when we throttle Rider by 20 in Marquis' first game back? Some of you guys are comically predictable after losses. I do not recall seeing that defensive set using the smallest guy on the floor on the blocks in either of the important games you cited. Therefore one could say he had a moment of genius by not doing what he seemed comfortable with at FF.

This team has lost at home only twice all season. Both close games against the top two teams in the conference, one of which has since lost a key piece to injury.
No one ever said 50/50, but we have about as good a chance of winning as anyone.

Let's get things back in order with respect to everybody's roles. We know we have the talent, but we have to play well as a group with a full squad.

See you all at the game. Both the Iona and Fairfield games were lost within the first 10 minutes of tip-off. Whether it was fear of making a mistake or fouling, or lack of lack of motivation, the team came out very uninspired in both games. That they were able to comeback and take the lead late in both games is a tribute to both the players and the coaches. It never should have come down to guarding the hoop in the final minute. Take away the horrible starts and Siena wins both of those games. I like their chances in the tourney.

The KABOOM was meant to signify the start of another debate. My bad, then. Very good use of the word, in that case.
