You want season tickets? I know a guy... Hell, for $5 a game (sit anywhere you want without a seatback), why get season tix? I paid $5 to watch Shen play the other night. You should buy season tickets and give them away at your place. Only keep the Siena ticket next year...

SEFCU is too small. I needs to seat 8-10K to be a real contender and it needs luxury boxes, etc. Simply gutting it, though nice, wouldn't have the desired impact and IMO wouldn't be worth the money. The renovations to the Arc are the same ... if we played our home games there. The long walk from parking, limited onsite facilities as well as non-existent walking distance facilities prevented Siena (and UA) from growing the season tix base in the small on-campus facilities.
As for BCS wins...OK. You got me... Washington. UA has been D1 for how long now?!?? Oy

Tomorrow will be only night I root against Albany ... Nice to have 2 decent programs in the area ... Throw in St Rose and it makes winters bearable up here ... Making my permanent move to Toga from VA in 10 days ... Basketball played in this decision along w lower humidity :-) Wow!! Really Is your migration compass wrong? You're supposed to go in the other direction I mean Saratoga is nice, but..... I can warm up in Florida after MAAC tourney or better yet hope that Siena gets placed in one of the warmer venues for the NCAAs (not Dayton )

Just wanted to say good luck to both schools in tomorrow's game. This game is fun when both teams are showing promise early in the season, and I think that's true this year. Enjoy the games tomorrow night, everyone. Tomorrow will be only night I root against Albany ... Nice to have 2 decent programs in the area ... Throw in St Rose and it makes winters bearable up here ... Making my permanent move to Toga from VA in 10 days ... Basketball played in this decision along w lower humidity :-) Really? Most passionate fans root against rivals. I will always root against SUNY! I don't care who they're playing.

Iona and Rider in the MAAC, UAlbany, Patriots, Yankees and any team from Texas. (I live here now and can't stand the fans.)

Born and raised in the CD, Siena grad and basketball nut, I have no problem pulling for UA when not playing Siena. I even attend a few games over the course of season. I dont get the big deal pulling for another local team come tourney time. And Ive been a Siena season ticket holder for years.

Have you ever heard of a UNC fan pulling for Duke or a Red Sox fan rooting for the Yankees? Me neither.

Might have been 1st round NCAAs. They announced scores of other games that day in other locales and think Duke was one and they were leading. The whole place started chanting 'ACC! ACC! ACC!'

As I said clack a W is a W, glad you finally admitted you go lucky with injuries to Washington. Been going back and forth for years regarding that win you finally admit it, UA go a big win.
Supposedly, ?, move to CAA will be made by 2 of the AE schools including SB. That's a big $ for the state to swallow, again not to mention huge increase in travel costs and loss of revenue for NCAA appearances.
Btw good luck to both teams tomorrow, holiday function to attend, hope 1300 doesn't screw up, PV very capable of that.

Go take your meds, I'm really starting to think there is something wrong with your head. Did you bump it? Next time you make a post without some backhanded compliment regarding UA will he your first.

G'town was my team in DC but would root against them if they ever played the green & gold . . . can't seeing myself buying tickets for Albany just to see them lose

I will always root against SUNY! I don't care who they're playing. I for one do not consider UA "a rival" in the same sense as Duke/UNC. Without looking it up, UA's not even in our top 10 of most played schools. It's only vaguely considered a rival due to proximity and in the local media. That being said I still don't like losing to them. Good thing that losing trend stops tomorrow.
