I guess I'm alone in looking at the bracket and feeling like all the scary teams are on the other side. If they get hot from 3 I feel like a run to the finals isn't impossible. I love the optimism before every game, just like before the 23 losses this year. Saints are always some how going to pull it out and win. How are they going to win 4 in a row to win the tournament, or even 3 to get to the finals. When they couldn't win 2 in a row all year. Now they will learn how to play hmm, they have been waiting until now to start to win games hmm. I'm not falling for it again and again and again and again and you get my point, 23 again's would of taken a while. I would love to see it happen but it won't it's that simple. They won't be lucky enough to run in to 3 consecutive team that will beat themselves. Hope they can somehow win tomorrow night being a 1 point fav at home. But then it's curtains next game against Canisius Friday night. I hope I'm wrong I would love to see Kadeem play more than just one more game in a Siena uniform.

Now all we need is a players only meeting.

JP would never let that happen, and who would take over anyway? There isn't anyone on this team that could start on that team, so no one who can just take over a weekend like Archibold did.....plus with JP's sub patterns, he would torpedo an on-court coup, even if he didn't know it was happening. Sadly I think Siena is 1 and done tonight and then some very real conversations need to be had.... money be damned, if you have a bad employee, the damage they can do staying in that job will eventually FAR outweigh the cost of cutting bait and paying whatever you need to get him GONE.

They did win 3 in a row at home and actually if you look at their last 7 at home you have 4 wins, a pair of 4 point losses (one in 3OT), and a one point loss. They are actually ok at home, it is on the road where they are a steaming pile of garbage. And while Canisius and Quinny have far surpassed expectations this season they were preseason picks of 9th and 11th in the MAAC. Hardly an impossible task to get to Sunday where you are looking at Fairfield or Niagara. I honestly feel like the 5 teams we needed to avoid all wound up on the other side of the bracket.

The buzz around this game is deafening. No. That's just the ringing in your ears from when the program exploded.
