Hey how about we take turns printing this and mailing it to D'Argenio. Maybe if he gets a few hundred of these he might get the picture? Highly doubtful though he's clueless.

By the end of regulation, all I could think was wow, do I feel horrible for these guys. They were playing hard and with lots of heart but the offense is non-existent. By the end of regulation, there were 0 fast break points. I also don't recall 1 shot being taken, let alone made, off a set screen. Every trip down required a 1-1 play with the shot clock somewhere between 0 and 9 seconds. I don't care who we recruit - put Eddy, Franklin and Moore out there and this team would still be sub .500. I did hear that D'Arg is retiring. At least that's a bit of good news. Let's hope they don't just go and promote the SID (no offense as I don't know who that is but just hoping they get someone with experience). Anyone else hear/know anything about this?

Yeah, beautiful. It was one of the most painful games I have watched since the four overtime Youngstown cluster with Tay Fisher, McClinton and Scoop Jordan(which I personally attended in a snowstorm and ended up being treated for pneumonia after on the way home). These kids are lost. They don't know what to do without looking to the bench for direction EVERY UP AND DOWN. How the hell do you agree to sign off on scholarships for players and not TRUST them. MY HEART BLED when I saw Thomas go over to the bench awaiting direction on a FREE THROW. Really? ? What the hell direction was necessary? And yet he did that TWICE. SMH. Siena seldom plays well against John Dunne, Becker, Will Brown, Tim Cluess and soon to be added to the list....Baker Dunleavy. Maybe the MAAC can re-adjust into two divisions, leaving the coaches we can't beat in the "A" division and those we are on par with in the "B" division. Sounds like a good plan but who else would be in our division? The only coach that I would possibly consider to be on par with Pastos is the one from Marist.

Somehow I actually found that game fun. Maybe it was the expectations that they might not score 40 points giving me something to focus on for the first 38 minutes combined with the drama of four end of game situations. As frustrating as the bad basketball was to watch there was something enjoyable about a game in which it was so difficult to score that every shot that actually went in had so much more significance. That being said, no way I could have enjoyed that game if I was watching it on TV so can certainly understand that anyone watching at home would have absolutely hated that game. Apathy has been passed....now we find humor in the sheer outlandishness of our program

Head scratcher no more - 5065 reported attendance last night - many, many of the same people that were "at" Trump's inauguration come to our games... The lack of attendance is killing TUC concessions, local businesses, eateries, parking, etc. Looks like Siena's Admin doesn't give a crap about them either. Sorry/Sad state of affairs.

First, I say everything about players based on basketball merit only.
I do not know any of these kids personally so none of my comments when it comes to players are personal comments.
My comments are all based on what they bring to the team during the game or while they are on the bench during the game.
I am sure all the kids are good kids from a personal level.
Last week there was a heck of alot of basketball love going toward Fishers improved game in being a legitmate D-1 player; which for the life of me, I could not understand why?
He has not done anything on a consistent basis to deserve these accolades, especially when you have a kid competing with him for time who never sees the light of day just rotting down at the end of the bench (who if given the same chance as Fisher has been given at Siena would contribute so much more value to this team).
Would someone please tell me what Fisher does again to earn his time over Friday?
I think we all know whose line is whose below, with the last column being the most intriguing when the other columns are what they are.
FG-FGA 3PTFG-3PTFGA REBOUNDS/(OFF) MIN 1-10 0-4 6/(1) 44 1-1 0-0 4/(2) 7
Looks like Fisher likes being the alpha male now that Nico is gone.
Unfortunately he does not perform like one.

Fisher's not starter material and never was. Fisher protects the ball better than the other bigs and has had a decent PPS this year. While he hurts us on the defensive end, he's the plug and play glue guy big for the offense. This has only a very minor postive affect for us unless he's having a great shooting game. In reality, I would have played Friday more from the get go and sacrificed more for his rebounding.
