I'm not sure how they were picked 5th preseason after losing 4 starters. It must have been due to so many teams having lost players. I guess they also believed the JP hype on in coming freshmen. Now Siena is predicted to finish 10th. It looks like all the other teams have done better with their freshmen and/or are being totally out coached. As for the 260+ I'm thinking that will be closer to 275 by tomorrow, after this loss. Probably 300+ after they lose to a struggling Monmouth 1-5. This is going to be such a painful year to watch play out, with no reason to believe next year will be any different. Maybe Camper can be a bright spot, need something positive to happen. PO isn't panning out and he was supposed to be the best incoming freshmen. He's more like the 4th best incoming freshman. Maybe that's due to the fact that JP over plays him wildly and exposes his weaknesses. Should of made him hungry to play, by slowly giving him playing time after earning it. As it stands PO knows he's safe no matter what he does. Can't win that way, won't win that way. The players see what is happening. JP is ruining the team slowly but surely. I was close. The Saints are now 272 RPI. If they lose to Monmouth they will be close to 300 RPI. If things continue the way they are, the Saints will finish between 325 -340 RPI for the season. Siena hasn't played FF yet but FF is coming into their own now. Aidas just finally got eligible after 2 years and just put up back to back double doubles at PG. 28 pts, 21 assists vs. 3 TOs, with 6 steals in last 2 games... If he does that and replaces Segura, they are a different team. Siena doesn't have a lot of hope for a turnaround this year.

I find myself looking forward to this game in much the same way as one might look forward to having a root canal.

Me too; but I watched a few of their games and have to say Seaborn doesn't look right to me which could be to our advantage. On the other hand we could succumb to the Malocchio of the Pollari's....

I judge coaches largely by how well Tilghman and Salnave play against them. Too many coaches play up on them or play too much man. Jimmy just let Quinny burn them instead of playing zone. I have little faith.

Singelais said Camper was wearing the gold shirt at practice today. it seems we have more players who are stuck on the "milk carton" as missing persons for long stretches..............then suddenly they appear, only to disappear again...............

It sounds like Camper is moving into Oduro's spot based on the article.
It could be Penn, Horn, Heurter, Camper, Fisher.
No Richard so they'll especially need to bring Smithen off the bench to back up at PG.
The game will be an interesting watch if only for Camper...to see if he can follow up the effort at all. Maybe he'll just fade away again like Bentley did.

"I don't think it was any one thing,'' Camper said. "I think (Patsos) is a coach that goes off of feel. ... I just stayed working hard and continued to do what I do and it showed and hopefully my minutes increase."
Where's Richard?
Singelais' tweet said Richard injured his hand in practice yesterday.
