Should be a good game tomorrow between two struggling low major programs. Interesting because of the tournaments Siena has played in this is 2nd trip in last 3 years or so Siena makes to RI without ever getting a return trip. I like fact Bentley and Fisher being moved out of starting lineup. Christian has some potential, but isn’t ready to be starter. Nico is our best player and should have always been starting. Personally I like to see Jimmy start Huerter or even Camper at the 4- but Jimmy likes to play 2 bigs and get ball inside- that’s fine but if other teams collapse team has to learn how to attack double team down low. Expect a good game and one of few road victories Saints will get this year dailygazette.com/article/2017/12/15/siena-men-s-basketball-set-for-bryantwww.timesunion.com/sports/article/Siena-s-Patsos-gives-team-inside-information-12434625.php

Reading the TU. Jimbo says he hopes Nico gets back in the starting lineup soon...Huh errrrrr who’s the head coach? If you want to start him put him in the lineup!
Also wants to pound the ball inside. Hum. I’ve seen that movie too.....

Yes, we are in the rinse, repeat cycle of the five year plan - so much for the JP BS that he has Nico coming off the bench to enable him to get a feel for the game - methinks there is more going on than we are led to believe.

Agree Nico should be a starter an on the floor as much as possible. Coach him thru and let him play thru his foolish mistakes. Huerter has no business being a starter. IMO he should not even be in the rotation as I do not see him having mid-major skills or athleticism. If Saints play as a team and up to their potential this could be an easy win for them.

Not sure Huerter can defend the 4- but he can shoot and does bring intangibles. I do agree this is game Siena absolutely should win and maybe win easily - this is 1 and 10 NEC team- probably the weakest team Saints will play all year - although Marist and Quinny might have something to say about that

Winning on the road isn't easy, that's why Bryant is 1-10. I don't think this will be as easy as the experts think. Win or lose most have given up on this coaching staff and players, I'll sit back and keep quiet and see what happens 0-0 in the maac.

Papi, I think experience tells us that the lack of a consistent starting 5,the yo-yoing of players as subs and the lack of adaptation offensively haven't changed and aren't likely to change. That doesn't mean we have given up on the team or players.

If they start rolling off wins it will be the best for all. 0-0 in maac.

You don’t mind Siena being a low major that’s apparent from your posts. Your past comments about Siena having success every decade or so are just silly. We have success with good coaches and have no success with bad ones. Coaching and recruiting are the relevant keys for success not time.

They'll probably beat a crappy Bryant team with this and he'll be convinced it's the way to go.

You are the ultimate contrarian and Patsos fluffer. Siena should win this game and really win it by double-digits. If they don't it's an embarrassment. We can't win this one on the road how many MAAC road games are they going to win? Bryant is worse than Marist.

He sai pound the ball inside? Here we go again. Yep... That doesn't sound like spread the floor to me. They'll probably beat a crappy Bryant team with this and he'll be convinced it's the way to go. JP is just continuing on his plan to see if he can get Oduro in the ROY conversation. They'll just keep feeding Prince the ball and hope it's enough to some how pull off a win, if that's all they do it won't be. I'm betting Prince gets 2-3 times more minutes then Friday gets. Friday has had the best game by far of any of the bigs and it was off the bench. Friday played 24 minutes since Oduro fouled out early and he had 15 pts 15 rebs and 10 were offensive rebs. Which was followed up by 15 minutes against AU then 8 against Vermont what a joke. Can't cut in to Princes minutes or no chance at freshmen ROY which JP seems more concerned about then winning.
