Nico Shivers Horn Fisher Prince Penn
Based on the scrimmages this is the top 6. Who will be number 7? I see number 8 changing from game to game. And number 7 could play 25 mins or 10 mins based on foul situations. This is the reality so once again players wil leave.
This could be fun. Who do you think will be the top 7? Not who you want. Post who you believe Patsos will chose

I think it will be Smithen for his defense and energy.

I'm going to stick with Degnan, he provides the most lineup flexibility, otherwise Shivers will have to play a lot at the 4. Would love to see Huerter beat Degnan out but if I'm going with what I think Patsos goes with I would say Degnan.

The 7 that are playing wont be leaving. The transfers will come from those that are sitting.

You guys really need to knock this "guys leaving" speculation off. If it happens, it happens until then just let it alone. My gosh talk about beating a dead horse.

He will get a chance to play the 4. Shivers will play 3/4 but lacks the 4 size that Patsos likes to have so one of the bigs will get mins there. I still believe Siena will play more big than small unless fouls change things

Patsos said Friday. "Huerter was like our MVP yesterday. The one thing about that kid, his heartbeat don't move. He's like Hannibal Lecter killing people and his blood pressure didn't move. Tom's just like, damn, even right across. And this team could use that."

TH gets his in big man rotation and Khadeem can come in and play 1-4

They are our 2 best players and playing 30% of the game without them on the floor is a bad plan. PG: Penn 28, Horn 8, Smithen 4 SG: Clareth 25, Horn 15 SF: Shivers 30, Clareth 10 PF: Oduro 20, Huerter 10, Shivers 5, Degnan 5 C: Fisher 25, Oduro 10, Friday 5

who will leave once the season train wreck is over? This roster will be good for a mid pack finish at best.

Gee, because it's totally unacceptable to be a midpack team with 3 freshmen either starting or playing significant minutes and replacing 4 seniors who scored 1,000 points. Last year was a disappointment, without a doubt. It also doesn't change what expectations should be for this year. Even if we had won 25 games and went dancing, I'd still be sitting here saying we should be a mid pack team, maybe cracking the top 3 if things come together right. Most of the time when you lose the amount of production we do you are in for a bottom 4 finish in your conference. Freshmen and sophomores don't win you conference championships. When you play young guys, you take the good with the bad and hope they develop into starting/all league level guys. That's what we did in JP1, played a bunch of freshmen & Sophomores plus Poole & Hymes, finished 5th, and had the great postseason run in front of our home fans. That's basically what we have this year, swapping Poole and Hymes for Nico and Fisher. Maybe we wind up 3rd or 4th because the MAAC is a bit weaker, but this shouldn't be a target year to go to the NCAA Tournament. No one should go into next season hoping for midpack, when all meaningful contributors will be returning from a team that (hopefully) competed well this season. But this is a rebuilding year, and its how pretty much everyone in college basketball (except for programs with the ability to either recruit 4 & 5 star talent or can bring in 2-3 experienced D1 players every season) deals with It.

Ooh no your wrong we wouldn't be in this predicament if people weren't taking vacations during dead recruiting periods and losing recruits to Vermont and players weren't transferring that probably wasn't going to play here anyways and the coaching staff wasn't losing out on all these recruits and we had senior leadership we'd be fighting for a top three finish with teams that were in the bottom of the league who didn't lose seniors 4 1000pt scorers if Fran was here this wouldn't be Going on😥. Okay I've given all the reason for your guys that's going to say that so you don't have to post it then we move on Go Saints
