25-5 vs 14-16 = Vastly superior 6 straight wins over Siena and Jimmy = Vastly superior 17-2 in MAAC vs 11-8 MAAC = Vastly superior Not sure why you guys dont want to give Monmouth their due- they are class of MAAC and Siena is so-so Monmouth was off tonight- and Saints still couldn't beat Hawks Siena outrebounded them by 13 and outshot them. Vastly superior my ass. Better yes. Vastly? No. Patsos still has them chasing. He got lucky the pace was choppier in the 2nd half and we made some prayers...like Lavon's end of shot clock three. Monmouth played a flawed game..and Patsos got lucky it was close. But it doesn't mean Monmouth is vastly superior. It means Patsos is not focusing on the right things. Siena has the talent. They don't have the right strategy. Seriously this group of seniors .500 for their career. This season is their 3rd losing regular season in last 4 years- Jimmy's record vs top of MAAC and AE is dismal for a reason- they get out coached and for most part Siena has low major talent - I dont want to bust any die hards bubble- but fact of matter this team isnt that talented- top 5 are OK- after that we have $hit-- drop off is unbelievably steep-- when 4 seniors Graduate-- and Nico is very much up in air returning- ST Rose might have more talent next year Bottom line here- you are what your record says you are- especially 30 games into season Face it Siena isnt that good ..some might say so-so

The coach who can't develop, recruit have a game plan. The AD who hired him, same guy who is below 500 hiring coach's. And the admin who ok the hires , retain the AD, make decisions regarding the program who know nothing about sports. For those regarding recruiting how is it every other MAAC school gets transfers and Siena doesn't. You don't want to compete drop down to D2 or 3.

Um...they had more points than we did when the clock hit 0000. Good effort, but not a winning one when it was there for the taking. You are what your record says you are.

And I've made that perfectly clear. I think Siena has the talent on this team to win a title. I don't think they have the coach.

I liked it for the last part. This "error" needs to end after the year!

I love this board. I read it nearly daily - sometimes multiple times a day! I love the insights to the game and the discussions. But I do love Siena more and the kids who wear the uniform more. All I'm trying to say is this - I understand posters frustrations with Jimmy - that is justified. Just, please, don't let your hatred of Jimmy carry over to the players. We are fans and fans support the kids who wear green and gold. I'll be there Sunday on Senior Day and on my feet to applaud every one of these seniors. Hope you all are there, too.
