Since the posts that point out what some of us see as the not so positive side of our head coach seem to elicit carpel tunnel inducing responses from a not to be named herein few, I thought it might be informative and entertaining to create a thread where all of those that can't wait to pounce on even the slightest criticism have a thread that they can extoll JP's coaching (and personal?) virtues instead.
Those of us that have followed JP's career for way too many years are likely slightly jaded and I see this as an opportunity for us to learn from those who see him as a good/great (you fill it in) coach as they point out his winning ways....
IS, while I love your stuff, try and limit your posts to identify singular positives and not just rehash the "I love everything Siena" shtick (not that there is anything wrong with it).

With the exception of his sideline antics that can be entertaining though also detrimental for the school he's coaching at can't think of any redeeming feature as a coach

Gee Whiz ,can the not necessarily happy non-haters now advise the others on how to spew their venom in every thread here regardless of the posted topic ?

I like the fact that Jimmy did not lose Lavon. After all his drama on and off the court last year I was skeptical we would get much out of him this year. Somehow he is providing senior leadership and performing very well on the court. Too often fans get to preoccupied with substitution patterns and time outs and lose track of the fact that the coach's job is to keep the team together and productive.

He seemingly also allowed Nico the time to heal up to the extent that would Allow him to return to form. And he did what was long term best for the player while under significant pressure to win by a rabid fan base many of whom are actively calling for his dismissal.

Sent from my SM-G900P using proboards Allowed? His giant a$$ was so far in the frying pan it was smoldering after the Griffs debacle at the TU. Nico was a last ditch shot in the dark to try and salvage what is left of this mediocre season. Patsos is no humanitarian that was a move made solely out of self preservation. Jeez ... some of you guys are easily bamboozled😎
