KK do you agree that we have moved closed to a low major then a mid major? It's though for me to say because I wanted JP to be the answer but recruiting is down still, he has more excuses then a stripper for why she is there, injuries, transfers, in house issues, and scheduling....as a long time season ticket holder it is getting real old! I believe that people should relax. Fair enough and I will say this I hope Siena wins 20+ games, the maac and goes to the NCAAs. If Jimmy succeeds, Siena success and I am a happy fan. I am just ready for results and sick of the bullshit and excuses year in and year out.

Stretch out those leg muscles. Check his alignment too. Maybe the kid is bow legged. Shoe inserts or something could also help.
Tendinitis is a symptom.

It never ends with this regime. Always something. He'll do just enough to stick around for a decade, that's the scary part. I was around for some bad eras Siena won't take the bullahit too long but they will take it for a while. Again I am hopeful Siena wins and if it's with JP awesome if not on to the next.

It's been well known that Nico's knee has been giving him trouble. Why has he been practicing, playing in a meaningless scrimmages and playing the last 2 games? Wouldn't it have been better to rest him?
Actually same goes for Brett too, Ive noticed and previously commented that Brett just hasn't looked right over the past 3 games.
Tendinitis is a symptom of overuse ... been there oh too many times.

3 game suspension...................you have got to be kidding with this team................although another report says they are resting his knee................can we get some confirmation on this? Did you just make the suspension part up? No where was that reported. If he needs time off because of the knee then what can you do? Sometimes I swear this board is a bunch of 11 year old kids reading this thread.

I bet 5th place is starting to look pretty good right now to some of you. Who's "some of you?" Siena fans? Lol. Two games, already hating and subconsciously rooting against your team. You sound like an Iona fan out here gloating over our injuries! SMH

Its Gloom and doom out here..LOL.. didn’t matter tonight if we had Nico, Lavon and Brett . And for some of these doctors- the reason you play the kids is to get them in playing shape. You cant not practice or play and expect to perform when lights come on. Let’s see how it goes

Not sure who you are referencing as "these doctors" but I assume you are lumping me in that statement. Go do your own research on pattelar tendinitis - lots of stuff out there written by top orthopods. It is a very serious knee condition and surgery is ALWAYS the very last option. Full recovery is a low probability especially when recovery time is shortened - a 60% to 80% success rate includes up to a year or more of rest - not practicing to get into playing shape. I'm not wishing for bad outcomes - it's a fact related to this form of tendinitis. Look up Jumpers Knee. Redshirting him was an option I thought would be exercised when it was apparent he had not fully recovered by September 1. He says he's at 80% and still hurting - sit him, it's in best long term interest. Friday should make his debut today - hope he made the trip.

Why reconsider the possibility of red-shirting Friday? Give all but 10 of BB's minutes at KU to WB and EF and all of them at UNC-A and two things solved. BB gets to rest his knees and those clamoring to see what WB has to offer get to see. Wasn't SF supposed to be the replacement for JO anyway, not BB? If you have a plan and ditch it the second something comes up, it never was a plan, it was just "this is what I am going to do for my next trick".

I already gave out the rest of the UA tix, except Vermont (want to see Lamb), but yeah, I spent $400 on 4 season tickets just so I could have tix to the one time game at the SEFCU, and first dibs on buying 4 more. Only a REAL fan would make that financial commitment. No surprise gorvy doesn't get it. None at all

Why reconsider the possibility of red-shirting Friday? 46-29 But unless he pulls back on EF's minutes, not sure where SF's minutes would come from? Maybe BB is worse than we think, and JO will be playing a lot at the 4? In some rare good news, GW crushed Ark P-B by 20 last night.

HJ, I am saying still red-shirt SF this year, let BB,WB and EF split minutes at the 4 at KU 10-15-15 or something, and let WB and EF give JO a breather as needed. At UNC-A go 20-20 at the 4 with WB and EF and have them give JO "breather minutes" as needed. Like it or not, one or both of WB and EF are going to play a lot of minutes next year, experience helps. In the presser after Cornell, BB did thank JP for giving him Thurs/Fri off and said his knees felt better, he is obviously hurting.
