Is Zack Radz a D1 level player ? I have read that he had taken a couple of unofficial visits but people I trust, including HJ, say he is a D2 player

Zach is only 5'11". tops. He can score the ball. Could a very low D-1 offer him if they come up empty everywhere else? Maybe, but he's much better off at a St. Rose/LeMoyne level school where he would get time, and win a lot of games. BTW, those kids go to school for FREE too There's not a lot of white off guards, under 6', on the D-1 level.

Jacob Iati had a solid career at UA and was an under 6 foot guard who played mostly at the 2 spot.

So if you wanna waste a scholarship for 3 years, and get some dividends in year 4, go for the 5'11" white 2 guard.

December 30, 2014, 3:12 PM The 6-foot-5 senior shooting guard, who transferred from St. Frances, dominated the Oakland Mills Holiday Tournament over the weekend to lead the home team to the championship. In Friday's opener, Robinson had 28 points and 12 rebounds in the No. 9 Scorpions' 74-65 win over then-No. 9 Dulaney. In Saturday's championship game against McDonogh, he finished with another double double (32 points, 10 rebounds), hitting 16 of 18 free throws in a 78-65 overtime win. Robinson was named the tournament's Most Valuable Player. Oakland Mills is 6-2 on the season, and Robinson has brought a versatile game to go with leadership as a captain. He's averaging 24.6 points, 7.5 rebounds, 2.5 steals and 1.8 assists.. Read more: bmorehoops.proboards.com/thread/16416/robinson-om-athlete-week-congrats?page=1#ixzz3NWEw9Ejd

Jimmy needs to go all in. I would think with his rap he could convince a good 2g to come and round it out with Lamb. Looks like Fisher is real deal

I think it is premature to be "driven nuts" by the staff contacting a "local" kid with some level of interest. It could be the kid is just overlooked, or it could be the staff is establishing a contact/relationship with the school's coaching staff for future recruiting, it could be they are looking at another higher level player as well as the kid mentioned. The recruiting process has many levels and is far from over. If when the class of 2015 is finalized it the time for judgment of the staff's recruiting. Patsos may get "a couple of studs at the 2 and 3" in 2015. Don't go over the edge until the final votes are in would be my recommendation.

We NEED both of them. Will both be very good MAAC players. Those 2 in '16 with a shot-blocking big. '15, everyone agrees TWO scoring wings are needed to offset the 2500 points we lose in Poole and Hymes.
