WoW! What else can you say? That game was a 40 minute highlight reel. Those kids must play volleyball when not on the hoop court. Great hands, great leapers and sooooo quick. So many blocks that were directed at their own players. Truly amazing and so enjoyable.

Definitely.
Siena Saints Fans, support this team.
We know about being the underdog and not getting respect.
Go Florida Gulf Coast University! Love their style of play.

Love, love, love anything that makes Jay Bilas go nuts! They are so much fun to watch play and celebrate. Shaking hands with the color commentators at the end. Just joyful. This team could make a lot of blue blood team coaches heads explode!!!

Out of curiosity I went on ESPN to see how FGCU recruited for next year. Not surprisingly they got two two star guys who are described as "freakishly" athletic and terrors in the open court. Where is Tony's "reloaded" clipart when you need it? ;-)

Absolutely NO similarity in any aspect to any of Mitch's last three teams.
They attack off misses, off makes and when not attacking, they attack! Closest player inbounds the ball after a made hoop - we must always have the 4 do it! They dribble only to break contact or attack - very effective passers - never let the defense set up All of them were having fun All of them respect and enjoy their coach All of them played loose - to their abilities and not the HC's overly technical placements, etc. They run and run and bust their asses on every possession Great hands, great floor sense
Saw a rebound dunk on Friday that blew my mind and then saw a couple last night - they weren't flukes.
If we had a team that well coached, that athletic and that exciting we'd sell out the TUC night in and night out.

How did THAT happen?

How about that locker room scene with water and gatorade everywhere and the players all chanting, "Andy, Andy, Andy" - what makes the tournament so special. Nothing else in sports comes close.
