.....the Bleacher Report reported today that the NCAA announced they will only grant a transfer waiver for 2nd timers if they "adequately document a personal need for medical or safety reasons to depart the previous school."
Guess that puts our Austin Peay transfers hopes of playing this year to bed. Unless there's a backstory we havent heard yet about his situation in AP??
