Have to assume it is the only offer in the geographic area he is interested in that he can be the head coach. All the other offers were probably as an assistant.

The move makes sense in that is sets up Will to take over the men's program when Beaury retires (again). And he and his family get to stay in the Capital District.

And I would guess he has a great retirement from UA so $ is probably not the primary motivator.
