Is there a basic cable channel for TruTV in Albany on Time Warner Cable?

I don't know if it is basic cable, but on my tv it appears on 71 and 452.

I don't know if it is basic cable, but on my tv it appears on 71 and 452. Think that is a no then cause I think the basic he is thinking of only goes to channel 24. I'm using my three Directv boxes and the basic cable hookup to get all four NCAA games but I think that limits me to only CBS or TBS (assuming that is still channel 5) on the cable hookup. |

I have the standard package up to channel 70 and TruTV is supposed to be available at channel 71, but it isn't.
At least I was able to watch the games via the computer. No worries.

You need digital cable and the box, you will get it. TWC is screwing you guys, you also dont get the golf channel.
