Gorvy I dont think Siena has any intention of going to "next level" Then there has been valuable "searching" time wasted the this past weekend considering a move. MAAC is low major now. The tournament turnout tells all you need to know in that regard.

Gorvy I dont think Siena has any intention of going to "next level" Time will tell. Currently no openings in the Atlantic-10 (and that's the only league that would make sense outside of the MAAC). If the A-10 get openings - they would have want to want Siena. If they did Siena would then have a decision to make. Sure it's all about the money but playing in a league with LaSalle, St. Joe's, GW, Richmond, VCU etc would draw more people and create more money for the program. D'Arg was on the radio at halftime Saturday and didn't seem to rule anything out. He said Siena is monitoring everything. The next month should be interesting not only with the new coach but what happens with the A10.

I actually like Patsos a lot. I would be fine with him coming in; he has truly turned that entire program around.
He will be able to recruit higher at Siena. That would be a winning formula in the MAAC, and perhaps even in the A10 or anywhere else that Siena might land.
