all out tomorrow.. Chris Leppanen gets the start.. program wrecker is going to try and run everyone down so he can claim injuries not his fault for his incredible 3 year run of bad luck and inept coaching all the while ringing up losses at a rate not seen around here since Beyer..anyone on this board buying that?

I find it hard to believe he would even try keeping his job. Unless there's a clause where he can get fired and not get paid, I would think he would take the firing, sit home and collect. It's got to be emotionally draining and stressful. How can he think staying another year would allow him to win much of anything or redeem his reputation?

Not doubting you Tony, but where did you see this? Absolutely incredible what this guy has done AND IS STILL DOING to our program. Wish D'Arg would sit him home for the game. Not a good Franciscan value I guess.

Sure glad Mitch sat on that last scholarship last spring. Nobody saw a need for another experienced, quality guard!!

Really can't wait until Mitch is gone. Some will say it isn't right to celebrate a man's firing but I really don't care...he'll be fine. 17 days from today.... he is history.

The man has been working for institutions of higher education for the past 35-37 years, all of which have nice contributions to TIAA-CREF and other pension/deferred comp plans. He has also made very good money over the years. He'll be fine, and even if he isn't, he will tell everyone he is fine - he is Baghdad Mitch
