.....in 2020. Return to Chapel Hill in ‘21 and ‘22. Gee how did this happen? This should be OUR game for Platek, a starter as a junior, homecoming. Too many of you guys think too small. You gotta try to get these big boys to do a 2-for-1. We have the arena to host these top 20 programs. I know Rice played at NC and that probably played a role in this, but the better coaches will play in a contributors, like Plateks, hometown.🤦♂️

Iowa would probably be the one school you could try. Syracuse won’t come back. And UNC won’t do it for a role player.

So they wont come here for Girards senior year, who BTW looks like hes going to be a 4 year starter?? We should set up the same exact deal. Go there the next 2 years and they come back in '23 for JG3's last season.

If we went there in '24 and '25 we might have a slim hope. Even then they might prefer to play Vermont at Glens Falls Civic Center. Dream scenario would be a round robin exempt event with something along the lines of Syracuse, Georgetown, Siena, and Vermont at the TUC.

UAlbany has the storied Syracuse lacrosse team coming here to play and the UA football team is playing SU next season. They might work a deal with UA to play at the TUC while Siena is away, I think Siena should move fast on this. As a side note Siena should always travel to the dome to play every year, it's a no brainer now.

UAlbany lost big bucks last time they had Syracuse in to play when Hicks was still there with multiple return games required. I wouldn’t hold your breath that they’ll go that route again.

I don’t see another 6’ white kid in the league right now, so....

Could graduate in three years, could leave early to play in Europe, could transfer, could decide to play football.

Another bonus for ‘Cuse is their 5 star freshman that year, Dior Johnson, is from Saugerties. Probably be with Girard in the backcourt. Nice homecoming JB should strongly consider.

That does help for Albany to make more sense than Glens Falls. Would be great if it happens and Carm should definitely be pushing it but I know I posted the entire list of Syracuse non-conference road games on another thread and over the past 10 years it was basically a few rivalries from the Big East and games that were scheduled by the ACC-B10 challenge or Big East-SEC challenge. We might have to settle for a doubleheader at the TUC where Siena plays Colgate and Syracuse plays Georgetown.

UW has a few other City Rocks on the roster. Hopkins could play us on a Thursday, and at Syracuse (good for Stewart and Carter) on a Saturday. Makes too much sense.
