What a difference from the previous regime whose summer workouts consisted of bringing the kids up to Lake George to play pick up. Lmao.

Did Siena hire a trainer just for basketball? It looks like it here. That is a giant step in the right direction. Using the same trainer for all sports does not work if you want to compete at a high level. JC set his team up for success by having his staff all on one page. The players will be ready for his style of play now. #Impressive

Camper looked really good, hope the workouts payoff

I can say that the strength and conditioning coach was used very well last year. That's from personal experience had nothing to do with the coaches.Had to do with the PLAYERS using him.I personally would like to thank him for working with a player from surgery when coaches couldn't.Got that player back from a serious injury ahead of time.THANKS HAMMER JMO

Ian Farrell is.

Been saying for years that the emphasis on strength and condition has not been priority. Last 8years horrendous. JC brings in a different philosophy. See how the current holdover staff adjust the to him. Hammer seems like a knowledgeable guy who is respected. See how Mr. Farrell fares. A lot has to do with how much the players buy into, but think JC will place in their minds that it is a priority. Since both are still on campus seems JC has confidence in them.

isn't Hammer the ATC... the athletic trainer? That is far different from strength sand conditioning.

He was able to adjust his workouts based on the sport and each individual athlete. It dropped off after he left.
