As bad as this year was brace yourself for next season if JP is back. Anyone at the Siena/Quinny game saw a decent preview of what the TUC will look like next season. Only a few thousand in attendance and several of them are questioning their commitment to Siena basketball. The current failed coach admits team needs more talent – we haven’t seen yet how many kids transfer out in jimbo $hit show, and the hope of signing any impact players is close to zero. Jimbo couldn’t recruit when he had a chance (early in his tenure) what talented kid in his right mind will sign with jimbo now- with no hope of NCAA, little to no vision by head coach, plus season is over time for Jimmy to start his 5 month vacation. You have to sign talent, and Jimmy has struggled to do that at Siena. Sorry to say depending on who transfers we are looking at a 5 win team next year. Darg/Jimmy has really painted the Siena program into a corner. Sad to see what has happened to Siena program over last 8 years. The Siena program is critically ill on life support, not sure it can be saved if current AD/Coaching staff is back next year

As things stand now I agree with your scenario. I guess I’ll really speculate after things shake out. Regardless of what D’Arg started I just don’t see how Siena basketball survives another year of JP and crew.

At least that’s what a couple of people believe 🤮. #toodaloo

As mismanaged as the program has been, the powers that be must realize what will happen next year if changes are not made, right? Do we know how and who is mainly responsible for the 5 year guaranteed contract extension?

It is obvious Mike that most can see it............ONLY reason he would be back is because of $$$$$, that’s it........college is in a very very difficult financial position because of the contract....just awful business sense, or lack thereof......AD gave extensions ...........
