One of the things that was Patsos's strength coming to Siena was his ability to recruit Baltimore kids. Nico is gone, Richard and Shivers might be, Fisher is about to graduate. Camper and our only 2018 target from Maryland (Tariq Johnson) are both from Prince George County, not a talent hotbed. He isn't recruiting anyone from that talent-rich area. Have to wonder if the transfers are hurting him in that area as he tries to recruit there... now focusing on upstate NY, Canada, and prep schools.

Remember the good old days of south jersey and Philadelphia? Upstate NY and Canada aren't a hot-bed. If they're really good in Upstate they won't stay home at least under this coach. Prep schools is probably the best way to go.

I don't care where you recruit from if you get good players. Canada is a pretty strong talent area right now. And I like seeing the renewed emphasis on the prep schools (Mt Zion, Spire, NEPSAC schools are very good places to look). Even Minnesota is a pretty solid spot nowadays.
