1. Our talented guards would flourish with this guy as head coach !
2. And he runs a disciplined team - something this Siena team needs !

Assuming Siena can't land Paulsen - Toole is my choice. He's young but so what? As you mentioned Brad Stevens is young and it's working pretty well for Butler. Toole probably isn't making a ton at RMU and RMU coaches (Mike Rice excluded) don't usually end up directly in BCS leagues.
RMU plays uptempo and Toole is a good recruiter. He seems to command respect of his players and he wins.

One can hope he has high interest in the Siena position - he would be an interesting addition to the potential pool of applicants. Not really that concerned about his age either the more I see/read, the more I like it.
