Below is the listing of tickets from the UAlbany website. Are you kidding me? Look at the LOW prices they are charging!
Tickets for the game are available through the UAlbany ticket office. Court side seats are $10, chairbacks are $7 and bleacher seats are $5. UAlbany season ticket holders will have until 5 p.m. Tuesday to reserve their seats; season ticket holders must call the box office to reserve their seats.

I think it was reported the last time they hosted a game that under 1,000 show up..................

They are playing on Thursday going head to head against opening day of the NCAAs. They will be lucky to get 500. Don't understand why they aren't playing on Tuesday or Wednesday.

Hell, I would be more likely to skip the Super Bowl for a Siena game than opening day of the NCAAs. I don't think you can blame anyone for poor attendance but the scheduling. There is no reason for these second tier tournaments to be playing games head to head with the NCAA. The NIT isn't dumb enough to do that.

These games are for the team and their fans . . . obviously UA set the tickets so low to make it an easy decision for their fans - come watch us or stay at home & root for your bracket . . .

Albany also doesn't have to pay the TUC to rent the building for the night and the security and cleanup costs

It is all about supply and demand. Albany has high supply and little demand so they priced the tickets in an effort to put fans in the seats. The barely draw decent crowds for their rivalry AE games, doubtful they have may fans attend this almost meaningless game against St. Pete's on the first day of the NCAA tournament.

And we know you can count on two hands the number of St. Peter's fans that will be attending.
