He seems like a "Jimmy Guy"...
“I sat down with Coach K … and he’s like, ‘You’re going to have to do stuff that other people aren’t willing to do. Wake up when people aren’t willing to wake up,’ ” Horn said. “I changed the way I eat. I changed my lifestyle.”
Not necessarily a boat load of God given talent, but worked hard to get where he is. I think this is the type of player that Jimmy loves and can get to play at a higher than MAAC level. Brett Bisping comes to mind - although he was here before Jimmy, Brett flourished under Jimmy - good talent, hard worker, smart and a team player. I am getting the same sense with Jordan Horn from what I have read in articles and other posts here in the past.

He was a double digit scorer as a freshman who averaged 21 in their playoff run, not sure how that gets you to he doesn't have a "boat load of God given talent". Looks to me like a solid D1 recruit, we'll see how his game translates.

I would think he would have went higher if his talent exceeded his work ethic - just making a conclusion. He has to have some kind of talent to get D1 offers, but it doesn't seem that the world was beating down his door. That's ok, it's all about the fit as we have seen. There seems to be a lot of upside here.
