Well, that may be saying a great deal......although some stats are pretty close and due to his own selfish behavior the suspension could easily account for the down turn when looking at the numbers. Thinking he may need a few more to 'find himself'....of course minutes will matter as well and JP doesn't seem to want him on the court with Wright for too long..

for scooter, the officiating, wasn't that bad, Home job was referring to the call under Siena basket with less than 2 to go, somewhere in that area. JO got called for a as you say mystifying call.
MW seems to be pushing hard, not playing within him self, not letting the game cone to him. Just saying young man wants to win and putting more pressure on himself. Team seemed to want to play Nico just getting into it, not sure how fit he is.

SBU fan here. I come in peace. Just wanted to say how impressed I was with your squad, namely the seniors, last night. I can't imagine this team finishing any worse than 2nd or 3rd in the MAAC this season as long as the core 6 stay healthy. Bisping is a really nice player and I'd take him and Wright in our rotation in a heartbeat. I'll be glad to see those two graduate after you guys take care of business in the conference this year. Please crush Canisius and Niagara. Finally, I'm glad the "Franciscan Cup" is becoming an actual thing that the fanbases are talking about. 10 years ago I figured it was nothing more than a gimmick. I'm glad the two departments can get on the same page with scheduling every year. Good luck the rest of the way. Looking forward to this rivalry continuing in the future. Hope you're right. This has become a really good rivalry. Like it much more than the Albany cup.

I have ben around al the team enough to like them all as young men. the loss is not all on Evan who is being constantly scapegoated here. I would believe that if he had gotten to the line he would have made his free throws. Wilhelm proponents seem to ignore a fact mentioned by Scott Knapp " without touching the ball W B had two fouls ". I often think this team does not do enough strength training and that this has been the case for years and several coaches. I can only remember two guys who noticeably improved their upper bodie leading to better performance by their senior years Mike Catino and Corey Osinski.

However saying that JO looks in fine shape, certainly a big man

Some of you guys are pathetic. Of course no one is happy with a 2-5 record, but this team played hard all game long tonight, on the road, against a pretty good, very athletic A-10 team that has maybe the best guard we'll see all year. I was sitting within arm's length of the bench, and there was absolutely no let down at any point. I'm anxious to see a replay of the game because some of the calls were mystifying. Old Dave says it was a home job. Not sure about that, but as I said, some mystifying calls. We actually took more free-throws than the opponent, but that doesn't always tell the story. Team missed too many FTs tonight, and that was likely the difference in the outcome. But maybe you can explain how missed free-throws are a sign of a poorly coached team. You must be right, though. Otherwise there is no reason to make such a clearly moronic comment. I agree with KK. Saw some good things tonight in a tough road against a good team. Looking for more of the same starting on Saturday. Please let me know where to mail your participation medal for attending tonight's game in person, and making sure we all knew about it. I had to cool off before responding - your characterization of S22 is so far off the charts I almost went off when I first read it this am - S22 is a HUGE Siena fan; loyal to the School, the Program, the fan base, and, most importantly, the kids. He does everything in his power to prevent any recognition of those very positive traits in any way shape or form - and believe me we have tried to get him the recognition he deserves many times. He does way more to support this team than you will ever know. His mention of being at the game was solely intended to characterize his views as being based on being up close and personal to that game rather than having watched it on tv, listened to it on the radio or read about it in the morning - not to beat his chest and say "I was there"! He was there and his views are spot on - I was sitting next to him and we discussed the game during, immediately after and on the long ride home. OBTW, you can take my medal and stuff it along with his.

You have your opinions and I'll have mine but if someone wants to tell me and others on here that were pathetic because of our opinions and posts maybe it's you and S22 that need to take a look in the mirror and stop taking this board so serious. I never questioned anyone's support of the team or dedication to the team or any of that, you chose to throw that out there... I was far from characterizing him by making a joke. I get why he said it I didn't need your short novel defense. Again it's a message board, I appreciate your response to my post and value your opinion.

I don't have anything for that just wanted to point it out... that's a little alarming
