Why wouldn't you want to see Siena vs. UA? That would certainly help attendance. I'll show up no matter who they play. I would even entertain going to Vegas.

I'm not big on these C tournaments, but if the Saints are in--I'll be there watching--probably in premium seats Using your savings from not having premium seats during the season?

I agree, but obviously some don't hold that view. There was no reason for the attendance to go down for the semi final MAAC tournament game, but some Siena fans chose to stay home and watch on TV. I don't understand it, but it seems that that type of thinking is prevalent among the Siena fan base. There's all sorts of levels of fans. Some can;t afford it, or are too far away, etc.....I get all that, but if you're a regular contributor to this board, then Siena basketball must be pretty important part of your social life, and if it is, you should support them in any postseason game that is played locally. Better be a Power 5.

Looks like this went out to season ticket holders only; here's the info in case you didn't get it. I was able to login to my ticket master/timesunion account and purchase tickets.
The MAAC Tournament ended a day sooner than we all had hoped. But, after a much improved season which included 21 wins, three victories over top-100 RPI teams and capturing both the Albany and Franciscan Cups, your Saints may have an opportunity to play in a national postseason tournament – and possibly host a game!
We have been in conversation with different tournaments and, while nothing is for certain, we want to be prepared. Should Siena be selected to host a First Round game, the contest would be held on Tuesday, March 15th at the Times Union Center. That being said, we need to mobilize fast and want to give our loyal season ticket holders the first opportunity to buy tickets. So, in preparation, we have made the following arrangements with the Times Union Center should we be selected to host a game.
General season tickets holders can purchase their same seats in the following ways:
Through your Siena Account Manager (Your username and password are the same that was listed on your season ticket renewal letter). Your seats will be in your account on hold until 2 p.m. on Sunday, March 13th. Or At the Times Union Center Box Office on Saturday, March 12th from 10 am to 4 pm and Sunday, March 13th from 10 am to 2 pm PLEASE NOTE: Those season ticket holders in our Premium Seat Program will receive a call from our Fan Relations Management Center team. Tickets will go on sale to the general public via Ticketmaster on Sunday evening and at the box office during normal hours on Monday.
Returning to the NCAA Tournament remains our number one priority. We know that we are making great progress to reach that stage. The chance to continue the team’s development in a different postseason tournament will help that cause. The chance to play at home in front of our fans is exciting.
If you have any questions the phone number of the Siena Fan Relations Management Center is 518-487-2202.
Thanks for making the Saints better.

I really can't imagine there will be much fan interest in these "C" tournaments. This same regime and players already won it. I certainly am not interested or attending. I'll be there.

What if the opponent is from a Power 5 conference? I'll be there regardless of the opponent. It's Siena basketball, that's all I need to know to be there and show my 100% support. Siena, had me at the first win back in 1988. Sounds like a Jerry McGuire movie.

IF you're really a Siena fan, you come out for any game they play locally. There's no debate. +1

I'll support the team if they choose to play. My goal for the team is NCAA tournament 1st and other post season tournament as often as possible if the NCAA goal is not achieved. The more you play, the more experience the team has the better they will get. +1

I'm out there it left (or is it right) field. I don't know, I guess I'm out there all by myself.
